Merion Realty Management, LLC is a company that buys, improves and aggressively manages apartment communities across most regions throughout the country, including the Mid-Atlantic, Mid-West, Southeast, Southwest and Far West. Our management team has successfully managed over 30,000 units over the past 30 years in the industry, from Boston to Ft. Lauderdale, and from Austin to Chicago. Our success can be attributed to a fine tuned philosophy as it relates to investments: we seek A, B and C multifamily communities which are underperforming due to a variety of factors but which are situated in favorable locations. Where necessary, we then add value through thoughtful, market driven capital improvements.
